Melissa and I met as roommates years ago when we were college freshmen.
However, neither of us ate a plant based diet then, and we came to our dietary changes at different times in our lives.
We started the blog to help make healthy eating (plant based, whole foods, no meat, no dairy, no refined sugars or flours) more accessible to everyone. We include, some menus, book reviews, and information on cooking with less familiar ingredients, as well as personal stories and other information about this eating style.
