  1. Maybe more about how to transition into a whole foods/plant based diet? My hubby and I have cut out all the dairy from our diet. Next we’re going to work on getting rid of the soy. Then we still have to cut out white flour/white sugar. It’s overwhelming. I know how to cook the standard vegetarian diet. I know how to cook the typical vegan diet. But I’m at a loss as to how to proceed to an even cleaner, healthier, more fruit and veggie based diet for the long term.
