1 can garbanzo beans
1-2 tsp. dried parsley
1/2 red pepper, diced
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
about 8 hamburger dill pickles, diced
a spoonful of vegannaise
Mash the beans. Add the other ingredients and stir. Spread on bread or wrap in a lettuce leaf and eat. If you’d like some ideas on variations to add more zip, read my blog post.
