Today this photo came up on our screen saver. And, while I know I’ve talked about making this salad, or a similar one, I haven’t posted this particular inspiring photo.
This is a cabbage salad utilizing my Asian Style Salad Dressing, and some marinated tofu.
The particular version in this photo looks like it contains chives, and thinly slice red pepper along with the matchstick carrots. Try it, you’ll like it.
